Gillies Fine Foods is based in the Scottish Highlands, surrounding itself with high quality local growers. The Really Garlicky Company
The "stinking rose" or perhaps more elegantly, "the fragrant pearl," whichever you choose the Really Garlicky Company in Nairn have created garlic heaven. Set up by Glen and Gilli Allingham in 2002 it now has a large range of garlicky products to offer. Nearly all the garlic in the products is grown on the farm with a few of their rubs coming from Canada. The oatcakes and the relish are just delicious, no need to worry about vampires!

Congratulations from all of us at The Foodie Company for winning the Glenfiddich Spirit of Scotland Award 2006. Well Done.

Nicoll's of Strathmore
Nicoll's of Strathmore is a well established food manufacturing business located in Perthshire, Scotland.

The bean shop is based in Perth, roasting a huge range of coffee and blending lots of different teas. The shop opened in 2003 by John and Lorna Bruce. John was born in Darjeeling on a tea plantation and has been a tea and coffee lover from a very early age. Lorna became involved in the speciality coffee industry while studying for a MA in Art and Design. The coffee in the Foodieboxes is truly amazing.
Brodies is our most established supplier having blended tea and roasted coffee for 140 years. Originally based in Leith, Edinburgh the company moved in 2002 to a purpose built facility in Musselburgh. Brodies have strong values for quality and lots of happy workers.
Kshocolat is Foodieboxes wild card as the astute foodie out there will know that the chocolate is manufactured elsewhere. The company was launched in Glasgow by a young entrepreneur with passion for great brands and luxury chocolate called Simon Coyle.
The dark chocolate, strawberry and black pepper is a mouth-watering combination of flavours. This is under lock and key in the office. The white chocolate and raspberry has a beautiful creamy taste with intense bursts of raspberry, YUM! Both the Chocolates are in tasty thin strips creating a mouth-watering crunch followed by an intense berry hit. Oleifera
Jill McGregor is the inspiration behind Oleifera. The McGregor family has farmed in the Scottish Borders since 1927, growing wheat, barley, potatoes and oilseed rape outside Coldstream but with agriculture facing economic challenges, Jill, who is a qualified farm secretary, began to look at ways of adapting their family business to cope with the changing times.
